The Solution

Ultimately, KJB's insurer agreed to $425,748 to restore the roof to pre-loss condition. This amount was based on the cost of a full roof replacement, transforming what would have been a significant financial burden into a tailwind for KJB.
The Restoration Process
After KJB received their settlement, HailSolve’s Restoration Project Management team worked with KJB to plan and install the ideal roof system for KJB's warehouse. KJB chose a brand new TPO re-cover with a 20-year warranty, partly because TPO re-covers minimize operational disruptions during installations.
