MANAGER

Essential Functions:

  • Investigate commercial properties to determine if a loss has occurred and the extent of damage 

  • Prepare reports that document property damage 

  • Collaborate with the Operations and Case Management Teams on findings

  • Travel 2-4 days per week



Key Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of property insurance claims

  • Ability to investigate complex issues

  • Concise and accurate written/oral communication

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years Xactimate property estimating experience

  • 2+ years of field experience in handling property claims, preferably commercial loss experience

  • Able to navigate heights & use an extension ladder up to 36’

  • Capable of meeting travel requirements; on average 2-3 days per week

  • Work at corporate office when not traveling and collaborate with other team members on day to day operations.
