Essential Functions:

Responsible for achieving sales goals by generating opportunities with strategic clients in Commercial Real Estate with an emphasis on Retail and Industrial in the region

Manage all regional sales channels

Proven ability to navigate a complex sale

Displays effective planning and execution to meet revenue goals in assigned markets.

Possesses and demonstrates strong business acumen and market knowledge as it relates to the assigned market

Updates & Maintains Leads and Opportunities through our CRM software

Ability to address client concerns with thoughtful and insightful solutions.
Key Qualifications:

Must have working experience in the commercial real estate industry

Ability to build relationships with the top commercial real estate owners in region

Experience developing new business relationships with business owners and C-Suite executives

Strong leadership qualities are required (integrity, accountability, etc.)

Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle pressure is required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Powerful work ethic and strong interpersonal skills

Technologically proficient

Capable of meeting weekly travel requirements to attain sales goals and territory coverage
